Head of VIP

We are looking for a Head of VIP for an international digital project. The task is to build the VIP function from scratch: operational processes, retention of high-value clients (HNWI), loyalty system and personalized offers, and a team of VIP managers. We need a hands-on specialist with iGaming experience who can not only manage but also launch processes manually. GEO: MENA / CIS / Africa.

What we need

• Experience in iGaming (casino, betting) as Senior VIP Manager / VIP Team Lead / Head of VIP
• Experience building a VIP function from scratch
• Hands-on approach: ability to launch processes independently
• Experience with HNWI clients and retention strategies
• Managing a team of VIP managers
• Knowledge of GEO: MENA / CIS / Africa
