Head of VIP

We are looking for a Head of VIP for an international digital project. The goal is to build the VIP direction from scratch: operational processes, retention of high-value clients (HNWI), loyalty system, and a team of VIP managers. We need a hands-on specialist with experience in iGaming.

What you'll do

• Build the VIP direction from scratch
• Develop and implement operational processes
• Ensure retention of high-value clients (HNWI)
• Create a loyalty system and personalized offers
• Form and manage a team of VIP managers

What we need

• Experience in iGaming
• Hands-on approach, ability to start processes from scratch
• Experience building a VIP function
• Experience as Senior VIP Manager / VIP Team Lead / Head of VIP
