Team Lead / Head of Technical Department

The company is looking for a Head of Technical Department to lead a team and manage infrastructure in traffic arbitrage. Responsibilities include task distribution, infrastructure control, setting up integrations and APIs, process automation, launching new GEOs and products. Fully remote work.

What you'll do

• Lead the technical department and distribute tasks among employees
• Control the operation of the team's technical infrastructure
• Set up integrations, APIs, postbacks, pixels, and analytics systems
• Automate routine processes and implement new technical solutions
• Participate in launching new GEOs and products
• Monitor task quality, deadlines, and technical standards
• Interact with departments within the team

What we need

• Experience managing a technical team of at least 1 year
• Deep understanding of traffic arbitrage team infrastructure
• Experience with: Chatterfy; VPS/VDS (Linux); Nginx/Apache; Git; HTML/CSS/JavaScript (basic level); Python
• Experience with API integrations and postbacks

Nice to have

• Understanding of Facebook Ads, antidetect browsers, domain infrastructure, and cloaking
