Team Lead / Head of Technical Department

Head of technical department in an affiliate marketing team. Managing infrastructure, integrations, automation, and launching new GEOs.

What you'll do

• Lead the technical department and distribute tasks among team members
• Oversee the team's technical infrastructure
• Configure integrations, APIs, postbacks, pixels, and analytics systems
• Automate routine processes and implement new technical solutions
• Participate in launching new GEOs and products
• Monitor task quality, deadlines, and technical standards
• Interact with departments within the team

What we need

• At least 1 year of experience managing a technical team
• Deep understanding of affiliate team infrastructure
• Experience with Chatterfy, VPS/VDS (Linux), Nginx/Apache, Git, HTML/CSS/JavaScript (basic), Python
• Experience with API integrations and postbacks

Nice to have

• Understanding of Facebook Ads, antidetect browsers, domain infrastructure, and cloaking
