Junior Account Manager

An international fast-growing company in iGaming, FinTech, payments and high-risk is looking for a Junior Account Manager for remote work with Russian-speaking clients. The role focuses on communication; technical experience is not required.

What you'll do

• Communicate with current and potential clients
• Follow up using ready-made scripts
• Collect client requests and relay information to the internal team
• Support daily account management processes
• Maintain professional and careful communication with clients

What we need

• Proficient spoken and written Russian
• Responsibility and structured approach
• Ability to work with scripts and processes
• Interest in client communication, account management and sales

Nice to have

• English language
• Experience in iGaming, fintech, crypto or customer support
