SALES MANAGER RD

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead the RD department focusing on Latin America. Fully remote, high income starting at $3000 per month. Requires experience with the Latin American market and active sales skills.

What you'll do

• Full autonomy and responsibility for the RD department: processing, discussing new ideas, implementing new approaches.
• Guide clients to the target result, increase average check, conversion, test hypotheses.

What we need

• Experience working with the Latin American market, understanding its specifics and client psychology.
• Confident sales and dialogue skills.
• Ability to handle objections, motivation, and closing clients on the target action.
• Stable internet, PC/laptop.
• Responsibility, discipline, motivation for high income.
