Retention Manager

We are looking for a Retention Manager for an iGaming project. Responsibilities include developing retention campaigns, player segmentation, analyzing behavior, calculating promo economics, running A/B tests, and working with key metrics. Fully remote work.

What you'll do

• Develop and launch retention campaigns
• Work with player segmentation and behavior analysis
• Calculate promo economics and evaluate activity effectiveness
• Run A/B tests and validate hypotheses
• Work with metrics: MAU/DAU, LTV, ARPU, RR, GGR, NGR
• Analyze market, competitors, and game mechanics

What we need

• Experience in gambling / iGaming
• Experience running tournaments, missions, quests, lotteries, jackpots, or bonus mechanics
• Understanding of gamification, progress, rewards, and game motivational cycles
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio, or similar tools
