Team Lead for Traffic (Performance Marketing)

An international e-commerce project in longevity, anti-aging, and metabolic health is looking for a Team Lead for Traffic to scale sales. Responsibilities: managing a team of media buyers, launching and scaling ad campaigns, finding new traffic sources, monitoring KPIs, analytics, and funnel optimization.
What we need
- At least 3 years of traffic management experience
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Native Ads, Telegram Ads, or Affiliate Marketing
- Team management experience
- Proven cases of growth and scaling
Nice to have
- Experience in Health, Wellness, Longevity, Biohacking niches
- Experience with international markets
