Team Lead for Traffic (Performance Marketing)

International e-commerce project in longevity, anti-aging and metabolic health is looking for a Team Lead for Traffic to scale sales. Responsibilities include managing a team of media buyers, launching and scaling ad campaigns, and monitoring KPIs (CPA, CAC, ROAS, ROMI).

What you'll do

• Managing a team of media buyers and contractors.
• Launching and scaling advertising campaigns.
• Finding new traffic sources.
• Monitoring KPIs: CPA, CAC, ROAS, ROMI.
• Analytics, hypothesis testing, and funnel optimization.

What we need

• 3+ years of traffic management experience.
• Practical experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Native Ads, Telegram Ads or Affiliate Marketing.
• Team management experience.
• Proven cases of growth and scaling.

Nice to have

• Experience in Health, Wellness, Longevity, Biohacking niches.
• Experience with international markets.
