HR Compliance Cluster Lead

The company is looking for an HR Compliance Cluster Lead to manage HR risks in Russia and CIS. The role includes developing local risk management models, process auditing, and team management.

What you'll do

• Development and implementation of a local HR risk management model.
• Adaptation of global standards to local legislation and practice.
• Definition of requirements for processes, documents, and control points.
• Process audits (QMS, HR).
• Role-based risk assessment (including sensitive positions).
• Participation in complex cases.
• Development and implementation of a local model for occupational safety and personal data management in labor relations.
• Team management and execution control.

What we need

• 5+ years of experience in HR / Legal / Compliance.
• Practical experience with labor law.
• Experience in independently handling complex cases.
• Ability to work without clear instructions.
• Systematic thinking.
