Payment Support Manager with Turkish language

The company is looking for a Payment Support Manager with experience in iGaming and fluent Turkish. Office-based in Moscow.

What you'll do

• Coordinate payment communication between internal departments and payment service providers (PSP)
• Monitor and support payment operations in Turkey
• Assist in resolving payment-related issues and escalations
• Track payment efficiency and operational processes
• Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders

What we need

• Experience with payments in iGaming
• Fluent Turkish language
• Ability to work with multiple departments and external contractors
• Detail-oriented and process-focused
