Motion Designer / Video Editor

Motion Designer / Video Editor for creating traffic creatives at the company. Tasks include producing and testing video creatives for Google Demand Gen, YouTube, Kayzen, working with UGC, Shorts, in-feed and interstitial videos for Forex/CFD/Crypto. Requires understanding of CTR, Hook Rate, Retention metrics and experience with AI tools.

What you'll do

• Produce and test creatives for Google Demand Gen, YouTube, Kayzen
• Create UGC, Shorts, in-feed and interstitial videos for Forex/CFD/Crypto
• Quickly release new bundles, resize winners, and scale hypotheses
• Adapt creatives for different GEOs: Asia, Europe, LATAM

What we need

• After Effects + Premiere Pro (or CapCut / DaVinci)
• Understanding of the Hook → Retention → CTA framework
• Experience with arbitrage creatives and habit of monitoring spies
• Experience with AI tools (Kling, Runway, Veo, HeyGen, Midjourney, Flux, etc.)
• Ability to quickly produce UGC and ad videos that look like content
