Motion Designer / Video Editor

The company is looking for a Motion Designer / Video Editor to create and test creatives for Google Demand Gen, YouTube, Kayzen. The role involves producing UGC, Shorts, in-feed and interstitial videos for Forex / CFD / Crypto, quickly releasing new combinations, resizing winners, and adapting creatives for different GEOs (Asia, Europe, LATAM).

What we need

• After Effects + Premiere Pro (or CapCut / DaVinci)
• Understanding of Hook → Retention → CTA framework
• Familiarity with arbitrage creatives and habit of monitoring spy tools
• Experience with AI tools (Kling, Runway, Veo, HeyGen, Midjourney, Flux, etc.)
• Ability to quickly produce UGC and ad videos that look like content
