Traffic Handler (Calls)

Call handler for the finance vertical in Azerbaijan. Remote work, schedule 08:30-20:30 MSK. Responsibilities include talking to clients, handling objections, and helping restore trust.

What you'll do

• Communicate with hot/warm clients over the phone.
• Handle objections and answer client questions.
• Help clients regain trust and return to working.
• Handle 10-30 calls per day, each lasting 2-15 minutes.

What we need

• Ease of communication and positive attitude
• Ability to work under stress
• Commitment to work, not as a side job

Nice to have

• Conversational Azerbaijani
• Sales or customer communication experience
• Experience in investment call handling for at least 1 month
