Promo Manager

An international holding company in the iGaming niche (operating since 2020 in 100+ countries) is looking for a Promo Manager. Remote work. Requires 1-2 years of experience in iGaming in a similar or related role, knowledge of bonus systems and retention mechanics, and key metrics: CPA, ARPU, Retention, ROI, LTV, Conversion Rate.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement bonus systems to attract and retain players
• Manage retention mechanics to increase player loyalty
• Analyze key metrics: CPA, ARPU, Retention, ROI, LTV, Conversion Rate
• Optimize promotional activities based on data

What we need

• 1-2 years of experience in iGaming as a Promo Manager or similar role
• Experience with bonus systems and retention mechanics
• Knowledge of key metrics: CPA, ARPU, Retention, ROI, LTV, Conversion Rate
