Head of Retention

The employer is seeking a Head of Retention for an iGaming project. Responsibilities include developing CRM strategy, launching campaigns, and analytics. What you'll do

• Development of CRM strategy for the project
• Planning and launching CRM campaigns (email, push, SMS, Telegram, in-app)
• CRM analytics: setting and controlling metrics
• Reporting/proposals on CRM effectiveness

What we need

• Experience in CRM in iGaming with tier2/3 geo
• Knowledge of CRM platforms
