Country Manager / Growth Leader (LATAM)

We are looking for a Country Manager/Growth Leader to launch and develop the LATAM market at an international iGaming holding. The role includes brand launch, payment infrastructure development, scaling acquisition channels, and product adaptation to local demand and regulatory requirements.

What you'll do

• Launching the brand in Latin American countries and achieving key business metrics
• Developing local payment infrastructure (PSPs, banks, alternative payment methods)
• Scaling performance, affiliate, and partner acquisition channels
• Adapting the product to local demand, user behavior, and regulatory requirements
• Establishing processes and building a local team as needed

What we need

• Experience launching, developing, or scaling international markets
• Experience in iGaming, Betting, Fintech, Payments, or other fast-growing digital products
• Strong product and growth expertise

Nice to have

• Understanding of the LATAM payment ecosystem is a plus
