Affiliate Manager (Adult, AI video generator)

The employer — an AI 18+ video generator — is looking for an affiliate manager to build its partner program from scratch and bring in Adult-traffic partners delivering positive ROI. The role is fully remote, paid in USDT, open to any location worldwide.

What you'll do

• Recruit Adult webmasters, traffic arbitrage specialists (TrafficStars, ExoClick, JuicyAds), NSFW Telegram channels, Reddit/X and OnlyFans agencies.
• Onboard through affiliate networks via own contacts and directly as an advertiser: CrakRevenue, ClickDealer, AdCombo.
• Build the economics on CPA / RevShare / Hybrid, calculating LTV, refunds, chargebacks and margin before launch.
• Set up tracking in Everflow / Affise / Scaleo, including S2S postback and pre-rebill events; write specs for the developer.
• Ensure compliance: white plus a strict creative package, no deepfakes without consent and no hints of minors.
• Ensure timely payouts, cut off partners above a ~1% chargeback threshold, filter out bots and incentivized traffic.

What we need

• Experience in Adult affiliate marketing.
• Own contact base in the niche.
• Ability to calculate unit economics before launch.
