Head of Casino / Product Owner

An iGaming product focusing on global markets and LATAM, seeking a Head of Casino / Product Owner to take over the casino strategy on a white label platform and drive growth of key metrics.

What you'll do

• Development and management of the casino product strategy
• Growth of GGR, retention, and player engagement through new features
• Content management: providers, game portfolio, categories
• Work with white label partner (integrations, features, bug fixes)
• Coordination of internal teams (marketing, CRM, design, support)
• Optimization of UX and user flows (registration, deposits, bonuses)
• Analysis of metrics: GGR, NGR, ARPU, conversion, retention, churn

What we need

• Experience in iGaming / online casino of at least 2 years (required)
• Experience in a product or operational role
• Understanding of casino product metrics and player lifecycle
• Experience with analytics (GA, Power BI, Hotjar, etc.)
• Strong communication and process management skills

Nice to have

• Experience with white label platforms (desirable)
