Farmer (Ad Accounts Farming)

We are looking for a Farmer to manage ad account farming and warm-up processes for Facebook, Google, TikTok and other platforms. The role involves testing new methods, optimizing resources, and leading a small team of 2 people. The employer is a fast-growing affiliate marketing company with remote work and flexible benefits.

What you'll do

• Control all stages of farming — from purchases to account readiness
• Manage a team of 2 people and distribute tasks
• Continuously test new methods, especially for 'difficult' platforms
• Work with Support regarding client requests
• Manage resources: proxies, tools, documents
• Find new suppliers of accounts/logs/proxies
• Calculate budgets, optimize configurations
• Reporting, database updates, analytics

What we need

• Deep understanding of farming and warm-up processes (Google/TikTok/others)
• Ability to test, research, and evaluate effectiveness
• Team management experience
• Analytical approach to metrics, costs, and scaling
• Technical literacy and work with tools
• English — at least Intermediate
