Content Team Lead

The team is looking for a Content Team Lead to manage a team of content managers, develop content strategy, and optimize performance. Remote work with weekly payments. Requires experience with multi-geo and verticals of binary options and forex.

What you'll do

• Manage the team of content managers, organize and control department work
• Develop, optimize, and implement content strategy
• Constantly analyze engagement and adjust content plan based on audience response

What we need

• Experience in a similar role for at least 1 year
• Practical understanding of ROMI, conversions, and other key performance metrics of content campaigns
• Successful experience in team management, development, and coordination
• Experience in developing and implementing content strategies for promotion verticals and binary options

Nice to have

• Experience with LATAM geo
• Experience with forex
