Head of Sales

The company (the company) is looking for a Head of Sales to manage and develop the sales department, optimize warm and cold sales processes, hire and develop the sales team, meet personal and departmental sales targets, conduct demos and negotiations, and participate in industry conferences. Fully remote, schedule 10:00-19:00 GMT+3, salary + KPI.

What we need

  • Sales experience in IT/SaaS/B2B for at least 3 years
  • Deep understanding of product, market, and client needs
  • Experience managing a sales team of at least 3 people
  • Ability to negotiate and defend one's position
  • Proficient in CRM systems and task trackers

Nice to have

  • English at least B2
