HR Manager

The company is looking for an HR Manager to handle the full recruitment cycle in IT and iGaming with remote work possibility.

What you'll do

• Full recruitment cycle from job posting to employee onboarding.
• Search for specialists in IT and iGaming domains.
• Candidate screening, conducting interviews and candidate assessment.
• Providing advanced training courses as needed.
• Maintaining employee reporting within the company.
• Organizing onboarding and adaptation of new employees.
• Building a talent pool.
• Support HR processes: performance reviews, feedback, employee development.
• Monitoring labor market and salary expectations.
• Interaction with department heads on hiring and team development.
• Participation in employer branding development.

What we need

• 2+ years of experience as HR/Recruiter in IT/iGaming.
• Skills in conducting interviews and assessing soft & hard skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Nice to have

• English C1 level.
• Experience with international hiring.
• Understanding of the IT market and modern HR tools.
