The company is looking for a PC Operator (L2) to work on the second line of technical support. The role involves handling user requests, interacting with colleagues and foreign partners. Fully remote work, shift schedule, salary 65,000 RUB during probation and 75,000 RUB after.
What you'll do
- Handling requests on the second line of technical support
- Processing incoming chats at the second level of technical support and coordinating interaction with the first line
- Regular communication with partners from Russia and other countries
What we need
- English at least B1 level
- Proficient in PC and MS Office suite
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective interaction with clients and partners
- Attention to detail, stress tolerance, and ability to work with large volumes of information
Nice to have
- Experience in technical support
