PSP Specialist (Middle)

The company in iGaming is seeking a PSP Specialist for the Azerbaijan market. Responsibilities include managing transactions, optimizing processes, onboarding new providers and payment methods, and reducing chargebacks. Office-based in Moscow, Saint Petersburg, or Kazan.

What you'll do

• Manage PSP operations, monitor transactions, and optimize payment processes for the Azerbaijan market.
• Identify and onboard new payment providers, agents, and local payment methods.
• Negotiate fees, limits, and SLA terms.
• Support integrations (cards, e-wallets, local methods).
• Track approval/decline rates, reduce chargebacks, and cooperate with anti-fraud and technical teams.
• Ensure stable payment flows, analyze market opportunities, and maintain provider relationships.

What we need

• 1+ year of experience in payment systems or related field.
• English B1+ (intermediate).
• Russian native.
• Understanding of payment systems.
• Attention to detail and teamwork.
