Senior CRM Retention Manager (LATAM)

A fast-growing iGaming project is looking for a Senior CRM Retention Manager to develop the retention direction in LATAM. The role includes developing CRM/Retention strategy, full campaign delivery, event-based and trigger scenarios, lifecycle communications, segmentation, personalization, A/B tests, and analysis of Retention, LTV, Churn, Revenue. Remote, full-time, competitive fixed salary, minimal bureaucracy.

What you'll do

What we need

• 3+ years in CRM/Retention
• Experience in iGaming
• Experience with LATAM
• Hands-on CRM setup
• Experience with complex triggers

Nice to have

• Experience with GR8
• Spanish B2+
