Affiliate Manager

The agency is looking for an affiliate manager to independently source and recruit partners in the US market, run the full partnership cycle, and analyze US traffic. The role requires recent Casino / iGaming / Sweepstakes experience, an active partner base, and B2+ English for negotiations. Remote work, B2B contract arrangement.

What you'll do

• Independently source and recruit new affiliate partners in the US
• Run the partnership cycle: onboarding, launch, performance control, and scaling
• Analyze US traffic, FTD, deposits, turnover, and ROI
• Work with affiliate platforms, tracking links, and postbacks

What we need

• Recent experience in Casino / iGaming / Sweepstakes (currently working or ended within the last 3 months)
• Active partner base and knowledge of effective US traffic sources
• English B2+ for correspondence, calls, and negotiations
• Self-sufficiency, initiative, and readiness to work against strict KPIs
• Skills in affiliate marketing, traffic arbitrage, Sweepstakes / iGaming niche, US GEO, partner sourcing and recruitment, traffic quality assessment (ROI / FTD), and cold negotiations
