The company is looking for a VIP Support Manager for a LATAM iGaming project. The role is remote and involves managing VIP players via WhatsApp and chat.

What you'll do

• Managing VIP and high-value players via WhatsApp and chat.
• Quickly resolving issues related to withdrawals, KYC, bonuses, payments, and complaints.
• Player retention, reactivation, trust, LTV growth, churn prevention, and delivering highly personalized service to key clients.

What we need

• Experience in iGaming/betting.
• Strong communication and sales skills.
• English C1.
