Reddit Manager / Ads & Community Specialist (Casino / Sweepstakes, USA)
Employer Location Prague (office) or fully remote
The company (the company) is looking for a Reddit Manager to set up and scale Reddit Ads campaigns, grow branded communities, and manage reputation in iGaming / Casino / Sweepstakes. Requires 1+ year of Reddit experience, platform knowledge, and strong English. Office in Prague or fully remote.
What you'll do
- Set up and scale advertising campaigns in Reddit Ads
- Launch and grow branded Reddit communities
- Prepare native posts, reviews, Q&A, AMA, and promo mechanics
- Post payout cases and user stories
- Handle feedback, reviews, and brand reputation
- Monitor brand discussions and communicate with moderators of relevant subreddits
What we need
- 1+ year of experience with Reddit (community management, Reddit Ads, moderation, traffic acquisition, or affiliate/arbitrage)
- Experience running ad campaigns in Reddit Ads
- Experience in iGaming / Casino / Gambling / Sweepstakes
- English B2+ / C1 — confident written communication with users
- Understanding of Reddit's limitations, moderation, spam filters, and platform rules
- Ability to conduct public communication correctly and calmly
