Team Lead Farm Google Ads

A media buying team in the gambling vertical is looking for a Team Lead Farm Google Ads to head its account farming department. The role involves managing and scaling a team of farmers, building and automating farming processes, monitoring account survival rates and department budgets. Works in synergy with media buying team leads and the technical department.

What you'll do

• Manage and scale the department: coordinate current farmers, recruit, train and onboard new employees
• Build and optimize processes: create regulations, scripts and checklists for farming accounts of various levels
• Automate operations: implement and oversee software for routine automation (auto-farming, scripts, integration with anti-detect browsers and proxies)
• Quality control and analytics: minimize storms, analyze ban reasons, track account survival rates and respond promptly to changes in source algorithms
• Collaborate with media buying team leads: audit buyers' needs, plan production volumes, solve non-standard technical tasks
• Manage department budget: optimize spend on consumables (proxies, SIM cards, payment accounts, software) without losing quality
