Spanish Translator / Communication Manager

An international team is looking for a specialist with fluent Spanish for outbound calls and initial negotiations. Fully remote, salary from $1000 + KPI.

What you'll do

• Outbound calls to Spanish-speaking contacts (100+ calls per day).
• Conducting initial communication and negotiations.
• Handing over interested contacts to a manager.
• Maintaining brief reporting.

What we need

• Spanish from B2 level (preferably C1–C2).
• Proficient spoken language.
• Communication skills, responsibility, and confidence.
• Willingness to work in Bolivia time zone (night shifts for CIS countries).
