Business Trainer (B2B)

We are looking for a business trainer for the sales department to onboard and develop B2B managers. Tasks include training new hires, call analysis, program development, and KPI reporting.

What we need

• Experience as a business trainer for at least 2 years
• Personal experience in B2B sales
• Understanding of B2B specifics (SPIN, decision makers, long cycle)
• Experience conducting online trainings
• Proficiency in CRM
