VIP Sales Manager

The company (the company) is looking for a sales manager to work with VIP clients. Working with warm inbound traffic, managing clients at all stages, increasing sales and retention. Fully remote, paid in dollars, fixed salary plus percentage.

What you'll do

• Work with inbound traffic, no cold outreach. But if you are ready to take on cold outreach, that's a plus, we'll help here.
• Manage VIP clients at all stages: from first contact to repeat sales.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and increase their loyalty.
• Advise clients on products and personalized offers.
• Handle objections and increase conversion to sale.
• Use upsell / cross-sell opportunities.
• Monitor key metrics: conversion, sales volume, retention and revenue for your base.
• Maintain client base and record communication results in CRM.
• Interact with other teams to resolve VIP client issues.

What we need

• At least 2 years of sales experience.
• Open to candidates from any field, but with strong sales skills.
• Understanding of key principles of working with VIP clients and sales.
• Ability to build trusting relationships and conduct negotiations.
• Result orientation and meeting KPIs.
• Excellent communication and high level of customer focus.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and make decisions independently.

Nice to have

• Experience with VIP / high-value clients is a big plus.
• As a plus - experience in iGaming, especially in Betting / Sportsbook.
