Team Lead of Sales

We are looking for a Team Lead to develop new projects. Remote work, paid internship up to 1 month, then a percentage of net profit. Experience in investment on LatAm/Asia from 1 year.

What you'll do

• Creating and optimizing projects (from scratch / ready-made)
• Managing the sales team: hiring, onboarding, personnel evaluation, etc.
• Writing and updating scripts
• Metrics analytics, finding scaling areas
• Reporting on conversions and department results

What we need

• Experience in investment on LatAm/Asia - from 1 year
• Experience in building projects from scratch
• Understanding of specifics of working in Latin America / Asia
• Strong analytical skills
• Independence, initiative and communication skills
