Financial Controller & Treasury Specialist

The employer is a B2B fintech startup and a leader in advertising payments infrastructure: virtual cards for teams to pay advertising expenses worldwide, including with cryptocurrency. They are looking for a Financial Controller & Treasury Specialist who doesn't just work with finances but builds efficient financial processes and automates them. Residence outside Russia is mandatory.

What you'll do

• Automating payment processes and reporting using n8n and other tools
• Controlling company cash flows: tracking fund movements, including all payouts, transfers and money in transit
• Reconciling balances, fees and financial transactions
• Running the full payment cycle: verifying requests, preparing payments, controlling execution and compliance with the payment calendar
• Working in Airtable, Nocodb, Metabase and other systems: controlling payment requests, status correctness, accounting automation
• Controlling liquidity levels
• Controlling correctness and completeness of financial data in accounting systems
• Monitoring client top-ups, fees and service charges
• Analyzing variances and dynamics of financial metrics
• Controlling the closing of management accounting periods

What we need

• 3+ years of experience in finance
• Understanding of cash flow: payments, transfers and account balances
• Understanding of P&L structure and cash flow movements
• English level Intermediate or higher
• High attention to numbers and meticulousness
• Proactiveness in improving processes
• Residence outside Russia is mandatory

Nice to have

• Experience with Airtable, Make, n8n or similar tools
• Experience building and automating treasury processes
• Financial modeling and cash flow forecasting skills
