Team Lead Payment Processing (High Risk)

The employer is looking for a strong team lead in high risk payments to build payment infrastructure from scratch, organize the team's work and launch processes in a new project. The role is fully remote, with priority given to candidates based in Ukraine.

What you'll do

• Build payment funnels and infrastructure from scratch
• Set up routing and ensure stable operation of processes
• Manage the team and organize the department's work
• Build operational processes for deposits and withdrawals
• Organize financial flows and internal processes
• Participate in launching and developing the payments direction

What we need

• At least 1 year of experience in payment processing / high risk payments
• Experience as a team lead or managing a team
• Understanding of deposit and withdrawal processes
• Hands-on experience building processes and payment funnels
• Cases, statistics or portfolio from previous projects
• Experience working within a team, not only on own projects
• Russian or Ukrainian language
• Responsibility, communication skills and desire to grow with the project
