Mobile Farm Engineer / Android Automation Engineer

The company is building a Content Farm — an autonomous Android farm for managing social media accounts (Instagram, then TikTok and YouTube). We are looking for an engineer to own the entire mobile/device layer: managing a fleet of Android devices, anti-detect, UI automation, and Python backend.

What you'll do

• Managing a fleet of real and cloud Android devices
• Working with ADB / uiautomator2 / ADB-over-TCP
• Configuring proxy / VPN / DNS / timezone / locale / GPS
• Ensuring device fingerprint and anti-detect
• Developing robust UI scenarios and self-healing selectors
• Analyzing bans and account survival rate
• Developing orchestration and backend with Python / FastAPI / PostgreSQL

What we need

• Experience managing dozens or hundreds of Android devices
• Experience with multi-accounting, anti-detect, bots, social media farms, or similar infrastructure
• Proficiency with ADB / uiautomator2 / ADB-over-TCP
• Experience with proxy / VPN / DNS / timezone / locale / GPS
• Experience with device fingerprint and anti-detect
• Experience developing robust UI scenarios and self-healing selectors
• Experience with ban analytics and account survival rate
• Python / FastAPI / PostgreSQL for orchestration and backend
• 4+ years of experience

Nice to have

• Experience with mobile farms, Instagram / TikTok automation, FB farms, anti-detect infrastructure
