Team Lead Influencer Marketing — LATAM / Europe (iGaming)

An international marketing agency that helps iGaming brands scale through streamers, bloggers and KOLs worldwide is looking for a Team Lead Influencer Marketing with hands-on Gambling/iGaming experience across LATAM and/or Europe. The role involves managing a team of Influencer Managers, building the influencer strategy and scaling profitable placements.

What you'll do

• Manage a team of Influencer Managers: set tasks, control deadlines, quality and delivery of plans
• Build the influencer strategy for the LATAM and Europe markets
• Oversee sourcing, acquisition and relationship development with streamers, bloggers, KOLs and agencies
• Launch advertising integrations and support key projects
• Analyze ROI, ROAS, CPA, FTD, NGR and other metrics
• Manage budgets, test new approaches and scale profitable placements
• Grow own database of influencers and partners as well as the agency's database
• Build processes, reporting, KPIs, motivation and a team control system
• Train and develop Influencer Managers

What we need

• 2–3+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing specifically in Gambling/iGaming
• Experience managing a team of Influencer Managers
• Experience working with LATAM and/or Europe markets
• Own up-to-date database of bloggers, streamers, KOLs or agencies in these GEOs
• Understanding of the specifics of promoting online casino and betting products
• Ability to evaluate placement performance and make data-driven decisions
• Knowledge of YouTube, TikTok, Kick, Twitch, Telegram, X, Instagram and Discord
• Ability to build processes from scratch, set KPIs and own the team's results
• Proven successful cases and numbers
