Business Systems Analyst (Affiliate Marketing)

We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst from the affiliate marketing / traffic arbitrage sphere for long-term cooperation. The role involves deep analysis of company processes, finding growth points, and automating workflows across departments in collaboration with the technical team.

What you'll do

• Study current company processes and identify automation opportunities
• Analyze the work of various departments and internal services
• Develop proposals for process optimization and scaling
• Write technical specifications for developers
• Participate in solution implementation and testing
• Describe new processes and prepare documentation together with the technical team
• Participate in designing internal tools
• Monitor implementation and testing of solutions
• Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes

What we need

• Experience in affiliate marketing / farming / buying for 3–5 years
• Experience in process automation or development of internal tools
• Understanding of API, integrations, webhooks, and automation systems
• Ability to independently write technical requirements for developers
• Ability to discuss solution architecture with the technical team on the same level
• Understanding of infrastructure processes (accounts, antidetect, proxies, ad platforms, CRM, internal services)
