Lead Generation Specialist

A FinTech company is looking for its first lead generation specialist to attract traders from Ukraine through digital channels. The direction is being built from scratch, so the candidate will be able to propose hypotheses, test channels, and build the acquisition system independently. Strong juniors are considered.

What you'll do

• Launch and test advertising on Instagram, TikTok, and Telegram
• Work with TG Ads, thematic channels, and chats
• Find effective ways to attract traders
• Test creatives, audiences, and hypotheses
• Analyze CPL, CPM, CTR, and conversions
• Optimize ad campaigns and reduce the cost of a quality lead
• Find new acquisition channels and analyze their effectiveness

What we need

• Understanding of digital / performance marketing
• Confident work with numbers and advertising metrics
• Independence and initiative
• Willingness to test hypotheses and draw conclusions from results
• Ability to independently understand a task and find a solution

Nice to have

• Experience with Instagram Ads / TikTok Ads
• Experience with Telegram Ads, channels, and chats
• Experience in lead generation
• Knowledge of Ukrainian language
• Experience in FinTech, iGaming, crypto, or affiliate
