A scaling international FinTech company is looking for an Operating Manager to optimize operational processes and improve client service. Fully remote, training provided. Suitable for professionals with experience in Operations who want to impact business efficiency.

What you'll do

• Optimize operational processes and improve client experience (B2B)
• Maintain high-level communication with clients and resolve requests quickly
• Analyze data, find growth opportunities, and implement improvements
• Work on increasing operational efficiency
• Develop processes and help strengthen the team's service level

What we need

• Experience in Operations / Client Service / Account Management, preferably in FinTech / Finance
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Understanding of business process optimization
• English from B1
• High responsibility, initiative, and result orientation
