Lead Marketing & Marketing Manager

The company is looking for a Lead Marketing & Marketing Manager with 3+ years of experience in digital, PPC, SEO, analytics, and team management. Candidates must have experience with neural networks for creatives and a strong understanding of marketing, with experience in adjacent high-risk verticals or iGaming. Work is remote globally with a fixed salary plus bonuses from $2.5k.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute marketing strategies including digital, PPC, and SEO
• Manage and lead the marketing team
• Create and optimize creative assets using neural networks
• Analyze marketing metrics to improve performance

What we need

• 3+ years of marketing experience
• Deep understanding of digital, PPC, SEO, and analytics
• Experience using neural networks for creative production
• Strong understanding of marketing
• Experience in adjacent high-risk verticals / iGaming

Nice to have

• Knowledge of games like Rust, CS2, or Dota 2
