Team Lead of Farm (Facebook)

A product company with over 10 years of experience building its own mobile products (iOS utility apps: VPN, Browser, Cleaner, AdBlock, Photo Editor) is looking for a Team Lead of Farm. The team develops products in-house, buys traffic, analyzes results and scales successful solutions. The role involves building and optimizing Facebook account farming processes and managing a team of farmers.

What you'll do

• Building and optimizing account farming processes
• Testing new approaches: anti-detect browsers, account warming, proxies, etc.
• Working with the Facebook traffic source
• Managing a team of farmers
• Controlling account quality: survival rate and stability
• Generating hypotheses and implementing them
• Training the current team and raising their expertise

What we need

• 1+ year of experience as a Team Lead / Head of Farming
• Ability to build processes and organize team work effectively
• Experience farming Facebook accounts for in-house / traffic arbitrage teams
• Understanding of arbitrage and in-house infrastructure
