Sales Manager (with experience in iGaming B2B)
Employer Location —Comp Fixed salary + percentage of salesSchedule Flexible start time, 5/2
We are looking for a Sales Manager with experience in iGaming B2B to attract new partners, process leads, onboard clients, upsell, and manage the entire deal cycle. The ideal candidate understands the iGaming industry, has strong sales and negotiation skills, and speaks English at C1 level.
What you'll do
- Attracting new partners (operators)
- Processing incoming leads (individual, from agents, exhibitions, partners, online sources)
- Supporting the client during the onboarding stage
- Upselling on the current provider supply
- Collecting wishes and suggestions from partners, passing information to relevant departments/manager
- Conducting presentations, demonstrating platform advantages, customizing proposals
- Identifying client needs and developing individual cooperation terms
- Full support of the partner until going live
- Coordinating terms with legal and finance departments
- Passing all necessary information to relevant departments (legal, finance, business development, AM, marketing, promo)
- Signing agreements and handling all required documentation
- Managing CRM, keeping all information up to date
- Reporting on activities, leads, deal statuses, and targets
What we need
- Understanding of the iGaming industry
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in active and strategic sales techniques
- Experience with providers, operators, and aggregators
- English C1 or higher
