Team Lead of Media Buying

The company is looking for a Team Lead of Media Buying to work in the fintech vertical (lending/credit) targeting LATAM, CIS, and Africa.

What you'll do

• Manage a team of media buyers and control traffic quality
• Scale successful campaigns and optimize based on CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI metrics
• Build and optimize internal team processes
• Analyze campaign performance and reporting

What we need

• Solid experience as a Team Lead
• Experience managing a team of buyers (mandatory)
• Understanding of metrics: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI
• Experience in building and scaling campaigns
• Ability to establish internal team processes
• Traffic quality control and buyer performance monitoring
