Affiliate Manager

A commodity CPA affiliate network in Uzbekistan. We are looking for an Affiliate Manager to attract webmasters, develop their volumes, and build long-term relationships. The work is fully remote.

What you'll do

• Find and attract new webmasters.
• Support them from registration to stable volumes.
• Analyze traffic quality and help with optimization.
• Develop community, bonus mechanics, and referral program.
• Improve processes and automate routine tasks.

What we need

• At least 2 years of experience as an affiliate manager.
• Must have personal experience in running traffic (not just theory).
• Understanding of commodity CPA (COD, approval, holds, the companyuts, etc.).
• Ability to sell, negotiate, and find approach to webmasters.

Nice to have

• Use of AI in work (GPT, Claude, etc.).
• Ability to create bots or automate processes.
