Affiliate Manager
Employer —Location Uzbekistan (remote)Comp fixed salary + KPI + 5% of payments from each referred webmaster
We are looking for an Affiliate Manager for a product CPA affiliate network in Uzbekistan. Responsibilities include attracting webmasters, onboarding them, analyzing traffic, and developing the community. Fully remote, fixed salary + KPI + 5% referral income.
What we need
- At least 2 years of experience as an affiliate manager
- Personal experience in running traffic
- Understanding of product CPA (COD, approval, holds, the companyuts)
- Ability to sell, negotiate, and connect with webmasters
Nice to have
- Use of AI tools in work (GPT, Claude, etc.)
- Ability to build bots or automate processes
