Team Lead of Processing Department / Scriptwriter
Employer Location —Comp fixed salary + KPI + bonuses (discussed individually)
Due to team expansion, we are looking for a strong Team Lead with experience managing a processing department and building effective sales funnels. Vertical: Investments, Geo: Europe. Fully remote work.
What you'll do
- Quality control of processing staff, analysis of dialogues and providing feedback
- Development, implementation and optimization of sales scripts at all stages of the funnel
- Analysis of key metrics, finding growth points and increasing conversion
- Conducting A/B tests, implementing new solutions and monitoring their effectiveness
- Selection of candidates for the FD/RD department
What we need
- Experience in the investment / drawdowns vertical for at least 1 year
- Mandatory experience as Team Lead / Scriptwriter
- Skills in writing and optimizing sales scripts
- Understanding of sales funnels, objection handling and analytics
- Experience with CRM systems and performance indicators
- Responsibility, initiative and high level of self-organization
