Media Buyer / UBT Specialist

The company is a modern Influencer & UBT agency with 4+ years of experience. We are looking for a Media Buyer / UBT Specialist to work with large volumes of organic traffic and scale account networks on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels, and Snapchat. The work is fully remote; the company operates across multiple GEOs and is constantly scaling.

What you'll do

• Create and scale account networks on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels, Snapchat.
• Register, set up, and warm up accounts for different GEOs.
• Launch and test video creatives, find the best combinations, hooks, and formats.
• Analyze results and scale successful solutions.
• Work closely with the Head of UBT and together find new growth points.

What we need

• Experience in UBT / organic traffic
• Understanding of TikTok, Reels, and Shorts algorithms
• Experience with multi-accounting, proxies, and supplies
• Affinity for analytics and ability to draw conclusions from data
• Attention to detail and desire to constantly grow
