SMM Manager (Fintech)

We are looking for an SMM Manager for a fintech team to build a strong brand presence on social media and make complex financial topics clear and engaging. Remote work, full-time.
What we need
- At least 1 year of experience as an SMM Manager
- Portfolio with real cases
- Experience creating or completely reworking an SMM strategy from scratch
- Basic understanding of trading, financial markets, or investments
- Excellent understanding of Instagram and TikTok: algorithms, trends, formats
- Experience managing Telegram channels: audience growth, retention, engagement
- English at least B2
- Strong copywriting skills in Russian and English
- Proficient with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
- Ability to work with social media analytics
- Independence, organization, and meeting deadlines
