Head of Publishers

International adtech company is looking for a Head of Publishers to manage Account Management and Hunting teams. Work with adult traffic, ad formats: Popunder, In-Page, Push, Native. Global geo.

What you'll do

• Manage the Hunting and Account Management teams.
• Develop and implement a strategy for attracting and retaining publishers.
• Participate in entering new markets: research, strategy adaptation, first results.
• Calculate unit analytics, be responsible for results.

What we need

• Experience in AdTech / ad network companies at Head level.
• Experience with adult traffic in the last year.
• Experience with ad formats: Popunder, In-Page, Push, Native.
• Team management experience.
• English B2+.
