Farm Department Team Lead

The employer is looking for a strong Team Lead to build and scale a farm department from scratch for in-house buying in the gambling vertical. They need a hands-on expert with deep understanding of account farming, economics and payback, ready to build a full system and manage a team of farmers.

What you'll do

• Build the farm department from scratch and organize all workflows
• Develop and implement infrastructure for stable farming
• Hire farmers, train the team and manage its work
• Control account quality, cost and farm economics
• Ensure maximum available limits and account payback
• Find and implement new approaches to improve farming efficiency
• Continuously optimize processes and scale volumes

What we need

• Hands-on experience in account farming and understanding of all key process stages
• Experience with various verification methods, including selfie verification
• Understanding of how to obtain maximum account limits
• Ability to reduce account cost without losing quality
• Skills in calculating farm economics and ensuring account payback
• Experience building and managing a team of farmers
• Availability of external resources to implement a hybrid model
• Understanding of how to build farm department infrastructure from scratch
