A large schematic team is looking for a strong Team Lead for the content department to optimize team performance and improve engagement metrics.

What you'll do

• Manage a team of content managers
• Organize and control department work, distribute tasks
• Develop, optimize, and implement content strategy
• Continuously analyze engagement and adjust content plan based on audience response
• Manage approximately 20 channels, control volume
• Create content for main and VIP channels

What we need

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role in the promotion vertical
• Experience managing a team of at least 5 people
• Understanding of engagement, churn, and conversion metrics
• Skills in developing content plans and welcome sequences
