Sales Manager / Traffic Handler (FD/RD), Binary Options

The employer is looking for a strong Sales Manager with experience in Binary Options, Forex, Crypto or Trading to handle incoming FD/RD traffic and work with an existing client base. The role is fully remote, with ready infrastructure and CRM, a stable lead flow, and fixed pay plus a percentage of results.

What you'll do

• Handling incoming leads on FD (first deposit)
• Working with the existing client base on RD (repeat deposits)
• Communicating with clients via Chatterfy
• Handling objections and supporting clients
• Analyzing dialogues and improving conversion

What we need

• Experience handling FD/RD in the Binary Options vertical
• Understanding of ASIA or LATAM GEO specifics
• Strong sales and objection-handling skills
• Ability to hold a live conversation, not limited to scripts
• Responsibility, discipline and results orientation

Nice to have

• Experience in Forex, Crypto or Trading
