Team Lead Media Buyer (Facebook)

The company is looking for a strong Team Lead media buyer to head a team of buyers and take performance to the next level. Work in traffic arbitrage in the finance/investment vertical, Tier 1 geo, with in-house traffic and a fully built-out infrastructure.

What you'll do

• Lead a team of buyers (current team size plus planned growth)
• Full budget management and allocation across funnels/offers
• Search for and test new funnels/offers, work with creatives and optimize them
• Deep analytics, unit economics control and maintaining stable ROI

What we need

• Team Lead experience in traffic arbitrage of 1+ year in the finance/investment vertical
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook Ads
• Strong understanding of unit economics and arbitrage math
• Developed strategic thinking and a strong eye for creatives
• Experience managing large budgets (from $100k+ per month)
